Inspired by the story of Ignazio Cutrò, a building contractor who fell victim to Mafia racketeering in the province of Agrigento, this animated film tells the true story of a Sicilian witness for the prosecution who managed to remain in his homeland, Sicily, and, together with others who, like him, stood up to the Mafia as ordinary citizens, to draft a law – still in force today – which allows them to work in public administration
